When you browse

We use Render to host and deliver this website. Its infrastructure processes technical connection and usage information to deliver pages, maintain performance and help prevent abuse. This is separate from advertising or visitor-tracking tools.

We do not add visitor analytics, advertising trackers or marketing tools to this informational site. There are no assessment, payment or subscription forms.

When you email us

If you email hello@getgiftcode.com, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you send. We use these to respond to your inquiry. Our mailbox is hosted by Zoho Mail.

Please avoid sending payment card details or sensitive information about yourself or a gift recipient.

How long we keep emails

We keep ordinary inquiry emails for six months after your inquiry is resolved, then remove them during routine mailbox cleanup. Correspondence relating to accounting matters or disputes is handled separately and may need to be kept longer.

This mailbox-cleanup schedule does not mean that all provider backups or technical records are erased at the same time.

Service providers

Render and Zoho process information as part of providing their hosting and email services. Their operations may involve processing outside your state or country. For details about their practices, see Render’s data processing information and Zoho’s privacy policy.

Questions and requests

Email hello@getgiftcode.com with privacy questions or to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have sent us. We may need to confirm that a request comes from you before acting on it.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when our data practices change, including before introducing assessments or paid reports. The updated notice will be available on this page.
